Entrevista
Took about 2 weeks a very professional and an overall good experience. It is about 4 rounds (depending on how you look at it). The First round is a video assessment, where you are asked to answer prompts on video and they are recorded, a little awkward. Then if you pass this, you're asked for a skype interview with a recruiter. Following this is two hour long interviews onsite in their office. They are extremely quick to respond and very professional and for the onsite they will cover your transportation costs.

Pregunta 1
First, I had a video recorded interview where I was asked a few questions:
1. Why Alphasights?
2. What does Alphasights do?
3. What other companies are you applying to and how do they differ from alphasights?
4. What experiences led you here/what do you look for in a company (don't remember exactly but you can find them on Glassdoor)
Then I had a skype interview with a recruiter (Hour Long):
1. Walk me through your resume.
2. What other jobs are you applying for?
2. What does AlphaSights do?
3. Why your college?
4. Why your major?
5. Favorite class ever taken?
6. Least favorite class every taken?
7. Time you dropped the ball?
8. Time you overcame a challenge?
9. First Job ever?
10. What skills do you hope to learn?
11. What experiences led you here?
12. Why shouldn't we hire you?
13. Walk me through the Bread Process.
14. Definitely know the track - associate, manager, VP. What you do and don't do in those positions.
Finally, I went to AlphaSights in New York where I had 2 interviews:
First Interview (Hour Long):
1. Elevator pitch of who you are/where youre from etc.
2. Walk me through the BREAD Process.
3. Gave me 3 potential cases. I had to pick 2 and find 2 suitable consultants for each role in 15 minutes.
4. We then went out how I messed up and what I did well.
5. Had a fake phone call where I had to sell a potential advisor on the idea of working for Alphasights.
6. You should know incentives on why the advisor would agree to work with Alphasights (compensation, being part of a big deal or opportunity etc.)
7. You go over the conversation.
Second Interview (Hour Long):
1. Second person came in and again gave your elevator pitches
2. On a scale from 1-10 how well did you think you did in the role playing in the previous interview?You go over where you went wrong or right in the previous interview
3. Then you simulate a mock phone call with a potential client trying to sell the client on 3 advisors from one of the previous examples. The key here is to create 3 new advisors that are based on the elements that you discussed in the interview before. (make sure you know good hourly rate for advisors).
4. You go over where you did well and where you did not.
Then the interview transitions into more behavioral.

8. Why college, why major?
9. Walk me through resume?
10. Tell me about your other internships? Why aren't you pursuing something there?
11. What skills do you hope to learn here at AlphaSights.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
