1. HR - gucken ob das Unternehmen zum Kandidaten passt und andersrum
2. Case Study - Internetseite ist für die Vorbereitung sehr hilfreich. Man macht einen hypothetischen Case - eine Woche Vorbereitungszeit
3. Finales Interview (Persönlichkeit) - der letzte Test ist dann nochmals mit einem Vorgesetzten, ob Kandidat optimal zur Firma und Kultur passt.

- wie stellst du Dir einen Tag in der Firma vor?
- was sind deine Aufgaben?, etc..
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
