The interview process I went through with AlphaSights began with an initial application and online assessments, including the HeyMilo and SOVA exercises. After that, the process focused on evaluating my communication skills, motivation for the role, and fit for a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The HeyMilo portion was a video-based interview that asked structured questions about my background, interest in AlphaSights, understanding of the Associate role, and longer-term career goals. Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
