Behavioral - Asked about resume, relevant experience, academic performance. I had to explain how and why i chose my degrees, what made me go into consulting etc. The hiring process is structured, fast-paced, and heavily focused on your communication skills, client orientation, commercial mindset, and ability to work in a high-pressure, multitasking role.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. competency based calls, situational with a mock scenario and final round where youre interviewed by the vice president . while you may have applied for the client services role they may propose you to move to the research team
