There were three stages: 1. Initial call with HR to discuss the role and background. 2. Technical interview with the hiring manager focused on past experience, challenges, and problem-solving. 3. Take-home assignment with a 2-week deadline. Unfortunately, I received no response for nearly 3 weeks after submission. Only after a follow-up email did I get a vague rejection with no feedback. It’s disappointing to invest significant time and effort and not even receive constructive input in return.

I recently had one of the most disappointing experiences of my career during an interview with this company. Despite the HR confirming the date and time of the interview, no one from Alphasense showed up for the scheduled interview over Google Meet. To make matters worse, the next day, instead of receiving an apology or an explanation for the no-show, I received an email stating that they were not moving forward with my application for the role.
