Interview process was well over a month and was a total waste of my time. Establishment weather a candidate is a good fit professionally or a good match “culturally” can all be determined after the 3rd Stage. Stop dragging candidates along to the 6th stage if the hiring team do not see that person fit for your company’s “match” criteria and has no intention of presenting an offer. Time is the most valuable aspect of life especially during a pandemic.
