For context, the recruitment team is mainly offshored. The first round was conducted swiftly upon online application, of which the recruiter contacted with a call and provided the necessary introduction of the company - she did a decent job in bringing excitement to the process. However, a huge blow was that the recruiter had shown little to no respect to the candidate timings.
The communication was all over the place via Whatsapp, rescheduling around 4-5 times, while being late to both calls despite timing reclarification. There was pockets of vacuum in communicating anything after the first round, including a scorecard was to be promised to be shared didn't happen as well.
I acknowledge the EOY period, but contact from round 1 to round 2 took close to 2 months of radio silence, reflecting a very poor process on the backend. The recruiter herself finally called around 8pm without notice - just to reschedule it 2 more times leading up to a simple 1 minute call to explain the situation. All of which could have been an email. Incredibly displeased by the professionalism.

Very smooth interview process. I was contacted and progressed quickly through each stage whilst being given ample time to prepare. Very kind staff and seems like they genuinely want to help.
Expect questions like “Why sales?” and “Why AlphaSense?”, along with a high-level discussion of your experience and communication skills. Overall, it wasn't too difficult as the interview with the hiring manager was pretty conversational.
