You go to 1 interview then you go to a 2nd one if you're succesful on the 1st stage. On the first interview Alex asked me the classic ”What do you do outside of work” question and showed me Logos of big companies like TalkTalk, Starbucks, etc. Telling me they work with these companies. He was talking about the company expanding, he showed a table where you start from and where you progress (career-wise) with your job title changing approximately every four weeks talking about training and other things like that. On the 2nd interview, he was talking about charity, mentioning working with British Red Cross, UNICEF, etc. He demonstrated potential earnings by multiplying some numbers and telling me how their goal is convincing at least 3 out of 100 people and how they're focused on quality rather than quantity. In none of the interviews is being mentioned what exactly and how are they doing it or what exactly will you be doing. When I asked these questions during, Alex was dodging them by telling me all this will be clarified on the training. Basically pretty much most real questions are being avoided and you don't really get much (useful) info on the interviews besides some numbers and company names. Alex also talked about face to face marketing which read between the lines is pretty much door to door job.
