I was called by an HR rep to have two phone interviews. The first to see my interest in the position and what my experience/education is specifically for the role. They thoroughly explained the position ind detail. The second focused on my personality and what I would do in certain scenarios (how would I react/respond to certain things). After that, they sent over the results to the hiring manager of the field consultants (my future boss) who liked my responses and scheduled an in person interview. We met at a Starbucks near where I lived (which was super nice and flexible) and mainly chatted and the manager would ask me questions and go over what her expectations were for the job. It was very relaxed and I meshed with the manager really well; we had a very similar work ethic. I received a call the following week (three business days later) offering me the position, which I accepted.

Very easy and quick. Will bait you into thinking they're a great company with competitive salary and benefits but that is unfortunately not the case. One phone interview and one Skype interview before being offered the job over the phone.
