The interview process was nice and easy. There was first a phone interview with HR. Then I was called to go in for an in person interview with the Lab Coordinator, who was very nice. The questions were easy and mostly personality based.

Describe three ways in which you can use a pencil that does not include writing.
Overall it was very relaxed. They were quick and to the point. I interviewed with both the team leader and the operations manager. I was also given a tour of the facilities.

They asked me about prior experience, specifically about coursework in college as I was a recent grad.

Entrevista
Interview with HR first, which was about 30 min. Then another interview with a couple of senior chemists and the manager, which took about an hour altogether. You also get to tour the lab.
