The interview process was very lengthy. You first have to go online and fill out a pre interview. Then you have to fill out a survey of approximately 150 questions that I ask you the same thing several times to make sure you're answering it the correct way. Then you coming to the offices and you interview with different contractst to see which contract will pick you. If chosen then you will be able to pick a schedule and they will tell you when training starts.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
