The Interview Process that I had in Alorica was average in level of difficulty and it is quite fast. First, I had an online assessment and then upon passing, I had an initial interview which is mainly about getting my personal information. After that was another interview but I did not continue the application process anymore as I was looking for an urgent job but they didn't have the start date yet for no account is available yet where I will work on.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
