2 day process. Came in and filled out paperwork and did some tests on computer that were similar to personality test and some comprehension ones. Did brief interview with someone in HR. Was told to come back next day to complete interview with someone from that department. The next day there were 6 of us that went to meeting room and did some get to know you exercises and a mock sale. Afterwards, we were told to wait for name to be called. The first 3 were all called at once and I surmised they were not accepted for that campaign. The rest were called one at a time to HR office and told that classes begin in 2 weeks and to begin the training. Training was 2 weeks in class and 2 weeks on floor (nesting).
