First interview is with the supervisor in the HR building (normal interview questions)
Second interview is with the project manager or supervisor (simple also). Manager or Supervisor will let you know if you are hired, and they let HR know their decision. By the time you walk back to HR they'll let you know when training starts. All done in one day!

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
