      Entrevista

      I went to the hiring event after starting the process online, which mainly involved filling out information and putting in a resume. Spoke with recruiter, than had official interview and was offered the job that same say. There werent a lot of otger applicants so it was an easy experience. I was probably there about two hours total.

      Entrevista

      Applied online. Got a phone call about a week later for a phone interview. She specified to dress business professional. Interview was the next day and really unprofessional. They asked for my ID just to sign me in, which was weird, and I waited around 45 minutes (I was on time) for the interviewer who hadn't even gotten there yet. She had to be called in. Once she eventually did get there, she kept pausing the interview to answer and make phone calls and leave the room. Definitely left a bad impression, not to mention the fact that she spent the first ten minutes of the interview telling me a story about how her power went out in her house. I wondered if this was a test but it ended up looking just extremely unprofessional. She read questions off a prepared sheet. Strengths and weaknesses. Do you know anything about Salesforce was an apparently important question. It took a while for her to get through the questions but when she did, she had me wait in another room while she looked for a manager, who took me to another room. This manager was extremely rude so I got the hint that, at this point, they were just wasting my time. She asked me "how did you find out about us" gruffly and wasn't impressed that I had connections at the company. She asked me some questions around performance and had me read off a sheet of terms and conditions. She then told me theyd call me back and signed me out. I appear to have dodged a bullet. They seem really unorganized. I was into it for the flex schedule but I am unimpressed by the cold leads. It's 2016. There's not really an excuse not to be able to afford warm leads.

      Entrevista

      It was quick. The OM did my interview. He talks fast to try to intimidate you but he asks the same questions as every other employer in the world so don't get flustered. They will make the job seem way more rewarding and important than it actually is. He/she will ask where you worked before, why sales, basic things like that.
