Recruiters bombard your phone and email after application submission, then after two phone interviews you go in to interview in person. they ask you to alot 1-2 hours , first you have to fill out a paper with general computer questions, then they take you back where you submit an application, again, and then do 2 typing test. 1 minute, and a 3 minute. then back to the lobby to wait for an interview. if that interview goes well they submit your forms and if youre a rehire this is where it will say approved or not. REGARDLESS of what the recruiter stated over the phone. then it use to be second interview which was basically accepting the job signing paperwork and having to go do a urine test.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
