After completing an online application you are called in for an interview. Having a background in technology determines if they call you or not. Several people arrive at the same time and complete a personality and skills test. You also complete a test on paper. The test asks about basic computer, internet, and electronic information. It is multiple choice. Afterwards you are separated for one on one interviews.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.

Easy and swift process. Done onsite. The two interviewers were friendly. Asked me about my experience and my awareness of the Alorica brand. They asked me to wait for an answer for a few minutes, then presented me with an offer.
