It went smooth. People in the HR department are admirable. Despite the volume of applicants, they are able to manage their services in a superb manner. They followed the system so all went just well for me. Waiting hours was expected but at least we were informed to have our breaks and just come back.

I did an online application and virtual call simulator thingy it wasn't very hard actually kind of fun, but did take a loong time. next morning they called and said i could come in any time during operating hours. When I got there I walked in they saw me within like 5 min. nice little 30 or so minute interview basic customer service questions: how would i handle angry customer, how have i dealt with negative feed back about my performance, what motivates you to go above and beyond, how would you let a customer know you will go above and beyond to help them. stuff like that. then they told me my start date :)
