The person interviewing couldn't tear his eyes off of his computer. Thank goodness someone else was in there asking the questions also. I asked more questions than they did, wanted to cement that my philosophy would work with them. I heard alot of yes's but they never followed through, was told I was hired but couldn't tell anyone, but everyone knew. Never did get an offer letter.

Entrevista
It was 2 interviews with basic interview questions like experience and what would you do if type questions. Very generic but you can tell they were seeking detailed answers that gave a clear understanding that you could handle a leadership role.

How would you handle an agent constantly failing quality
Interview process was smooth and easy to transition to from one dept to the next. Recommend Alorica to all of my friends and family. Great company with excellent benefits I have worked here for quite some time now
