Went in for a hiring event. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and helped me out through the process. Went in to take some assessments. The assessments weren't too bad. Went in for my first interview and was asked basic questions about my work history. Went in for second interview and was asked the same questions but more in a scenario sense. Got the offer and filled out more paper work. Required drug test and background check before you begin working.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
