You apply online, you have your first interview over the phone, then about a week later a interview in person where they test your computer skills, and about a week later a final interview where they tell you if your hired or not if hired you get your picture taken for your badge and they tell you when your first day is for training.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
