The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.

There is much debate by industry professionals on the best ways to improve the interview process. And by improve, we mean attract and make better hires. One theory is that harder job interviews actually lead to better job matches - but is this true? It turns out, yes. Candidates who go through a rigorous interview process often find that the company places a high value on finding employees who are a good match for both the position and the company culture.
Had one coding round, after that had database round. Then the technical discussion following managerial interview.
The panel was good, average difficulty but waiting time was too much.I cleared coding and database rounds. Had glitches in technical discussion, then did not go through it and done for the day.

Round 1 – Technical Basics
The first round focused on assessing fundamental programming knowledge. Questions were mainly based on core Java concepts, SQL queries, and HTML/CSS basics. The interviewer checked understanding of OOP concepts, basic database operations, and front-end structure and styling.
Round 2 – Technical (Moderate Level)
The second round was more in-depth and skill-oriented. It included questions on JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, and .NET. This round aimed to evaluate practical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and how well the candidate understands real-world application development.
Round 3 – HR (Telephonic)
The final round was a telephonic HR discussion, covering topics such as career goals, availability, salary expectations, and general fit for the role and organization.

There interview process started with resume screening, where my resume was shortlisted based on my skills and academic background.
After that, I had a technical test which included Java and SQL questions to check my programming and database knowledge.
After clearing the technical test, I was called for the technical interview round, where the interviewer asked me questions related to Java concepts, SQL queries, and some basic programming questions.
This was the overall interview process.
