Not too terribly arduous. Took place over 3, separate interviews - the people were down to earth and easy to talk to. So, I'd say the interview process is relatively easy - although, if you're interviewing for the marketing department, beware. The big guy in chief there is married to their job and expects you to do the same at an unacceptably low pay grade. Fair warning - it's not the interviews you need to worry about, it's the job (this is specifically related to the marketing department. Other experiences in other roles may vary).
