The interview was extremely cold. The beginning of the call was no introductions from either party. The recruiter instructed to start with my most recent employment with in depth questions. She wanted specific numbers like ADS/UPT. The part that seemed odd is she wanted conversation but not percentages. She wanted to know foot traffic in summer verses winter. I felt this would contradict my companies current policy of not sharing personal company numbers. I chose not to go forward in the process. Really felt the interviewer did not get to know me or my leadership style. It was extremely numbers based which seemed contrary to company values. Very disappointed because I was excited to get this opportunity to interview.

Recruiter spoke about lengthy interview process. Would take 5-6 weeks. Surface level questions. Very focused on KPI’s. They had a very positive attitude and spoke highly of the company. They were interviewing for a future role and couldn’t get very specific.
