The agency contacted me to introduce the company and to check if i would be interested. Following my confirmation i was interviewed by the agency first; as an introductory interview about both the company and myself. The second interview was with the sales director and it was mostly to get to know more details about the company and of course about the candidate. The third meeting was with the HR director and General managerto seal the package.
