I had a screening, an zoom interview with the direct manager (she expected me in office) and then they made me come for a 3 or 4 hour in office assignment, with someone watching me. At some stage they noticed I was using AI (it's 2026!!!) And got unhappy about it. The topic was a one liner to describe one company process. In real life as an analysis this calls for follow up questions. But they were not open for questions.
