Horrible experience. Ally agreed on salary and moved forward with the interview process. 3 rounds of interview and finally mentioned the salary might not be in range and cant make an offer. Please have some respect for other's time and effort. Be transparent about the process. Scheduling was a mess every time I moved on to the next round would get a generic email and I had to reach back out the recruiter for scheduling next interview.
