The Interview process was by distance as I was studying abroad at this moment. It was a 3 rounds recrutement process where I has 3 phone interviews dispatched in 2 weeks with 3 different persons. I first talked with the Human Resources department, then with the Chief Financial officer and with the CEO at the last round. It was a great occasion to talk with different persons of the company and understand the role they were playing at Allure. Each of them was able to give me an overview of Allure structure and mission and explain me clearly my future role and missions. I also thought that one of the best advantage of this 3 round recrutement is that it allows to have a diversity of point of views and also allows to creates a 360 degrees view of Allure.
