This was a virtual interview that took about 45 minutes. I was interviewed by someone in HR. I was provided solid information on the position in advance, and a good overview of the role and responsibilities during the interview process.

Quick phone call/screen, followed by a longer interview with manager. After two interviews, they ghosted me, which told me everything I needed to know about working for Allstate and their company culture. Were I ever contacted by one of their recruiters again, I would decline further communication.
