I applied on 4/8. I received a request via email to do a pre-assessment same day. By 4/ 21, I received a request to virtually interview. All information was very straight forward and thorough. They send you an interview packet that gives you guidelines on what they are going to ask. I really liked the interviewers. They were both claims adjusters, so they knew the job position. When they asked me questions, they both nodded their heads and acknowledged my input. I felt very comfortable, even though I was nervous. Out of all the interviews I have done, Allstate was by far the best. Even if I hadn't been given an offer, I would give it 5 stars. I also dealt with the same talent recruiter from start to finish. (All the way from pre-assessment to hiring!) He always responded quickly to emails and answered any questions I had. They were transparent and clearly communicated with me from the start. No nonsense. Everyone I have talked to so far, from my recruiter to the HR representative, to the interviewers and CAT leads , have been super friendly and attentive! I don't know if I just got lucky or if Allstate has really overhauled their hiring strategies, but it was great for me!

Smooth easy one interview then hire. Interview was not bad mainly just STAR questions so keep on track with those. After they asked about work experience and why Allstate. Remember to also ask the interviewer questions in regard to their experience as the interview is not always just about you..
