Applied online , took about a week before hearing back from a recruiter who e-mailed back regarding my application to Allstate and wanted to set a time for a phone interview. Phone interview was short probably about 5-10 minutes asked questions about previous work history and one behavioral question at the end , if passed you are sent a link to an online assessment to be completed as soon as possible (about 45 mins). You are immediately sent an e-mail after completing the assessment to know whether you passed or not. A few days later received a call to set an interview in person. Interview was fairly easy , very laid back. I was interviewed by two really nice ladies, one asked the interview questions while the other wrote. They did want very specific answers , questions were all behavioral questions to see how you react under pressure in the workplace. The interview went very well but they said they were looking to fill the spot within the next 3-4 weeks, it has been about 1 week since the interview.
