It was about 40 minutes in length. My interview was conducted with two employees in a private room, and they were both very personable. Started off with the elevator pitch, reviewed past employment and education, and why I was interested in the company. Allstate seems big on their company culture, so I really emphasized that and they were happy. Then they gave some situational questions such as, "Tell us about a time you did something wrong and thought you could have done better," or "Tell us about a time when it was impossible to make somebody happy. How did you react?" I think I answered three questions on the spot, and that was it. It took a while for them to call, I think it was almost a month before I got a job offer back.
