I applied online. Someone called me she conducted phone interview informing me about the position, pay, and training. She then asked me easy behavioral questions dealing with providing customer service. She sent me an email to take an assessment and if i pass it I will move on to schedule a face to face interview at Allstate.
Loved the interview process where they explained in detail the job requirements and pay structure. I was pleased to know that they support new hires. I interviewed with 2 people.
It was very simple five question virtual interview. I was extremely nervous at first. Just take your time and use the star method and you will get a call back.
Super positive process, overall it was a good experience. Friendly, timely and professional company, good to work for. I had streas in the hiring process, but as i went through it felt much easier
