The interviewing process was very impersonal and vague. There were not any follow-ups to inform you of the next steps that were to be taken. Interview was conducted, thank you letter was sent off, follow-ups were conducted but no response was received until they were ready to make the offer.

Phone screen was quick and seemed pointless. Technical interview was two analysis questions where you are given an opportunity to show your knowledge. After the technical interview there is also a final phone screening with a senior leader where they are more interested in your goals

Basic straight forward interview with canned questions. Had previous experience with the company and role so there wasn't much they asked me regarding the position. But regardless, they decided to go in a different direction with the position.

Process is taking too long and getting tons of emails from different recruiters for the same position, schedule the time and continue to get emails regarding the same interview. I got emails and texts from the same recruiter even though I already scheduled an interview
