First got on spot interview at school career fair, 30 min behavioral and then final interview at Nothbrook on site with 12-15 other candidates 9-3pm all day interview where we interviewed with directors and other current LDP members

Behavioral interview with two interviewers. It was fairly routine and lasted about 45 minutes. They asked at least two or three questions about how I handle working with difficult people or bosses.

Entrevista
I went to the career fair and I got an on-campus interview with Allstate for Leadership Development Program. The next day I went to the interview. There was one interviewer who asked many behavioral questions. I also presented a case study to her explaining my thought process.
