First was a MCQ Mental Ability test, then a test on English which was again MCQ. This was followed by an interview with a Tech Manager which focused basically on Tech questions(SQL for me), then an interview with HR who again tested verbal english skills and the personality test too. Lastly, the company director which was a formal interview.
