Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Allscripts (Raleigh, NC) en oct 2018
Entrevista
The process began with a typical 15 minute phone screen, which went very well. I was contacted within a few days about coming to the Raleigh office for an in-person interview, which consisted of the following:
-1-on-1 call with a regional director of the department I was going to be working in
-1-on-1 interview with a peer
-1-on-3 panel interview
-1-on-1 interview with the hiring manager
Overall, the interview process went very smoothly with the exception on the panel interview. Some of the questions that were asked seemed to be for a system designer or other position that had little to do with the BA slot I was applying for. Regardless, everyone was very nice and professional.
After the in-person portion of the interview process was completed, I was told that I was one of 3 possible candidates that were being considered, and that a decision would most likely be made quickly. After 10 business days of not hearing anything, I contacted the HR representative and was told that they were still working through the decision process. Three more weeks go by without hearing anything. I contacted HR once again and was essentially told the same thing as before. By this time I had already received multiple offers elsewhere (one of which I accepted). However, I was curious to see how long the Allscripts decision-making process would ultimately take. 3 months after my in-person interview I contacted HR one last time just to see if there was any update, and was told that they were still going through the process, and that they would contact me once there was an update. 6 months have now passed since my in-person interview, and I can only assume that I was "ghosted" by an S&P 400 company.
Extremely unprofessional.
