Applied online and received contact for a phone interview within a couple days. Had phone interview and was told I receive a phone call with information for the in-person interview in the next 3-5 days. Heard nothing at 1 week, so called them and was told they were still waiting to hear from their physicians. After that, did not hear anything for 2 weeks so at that point, I just dropped it. I can handle getting the "Thanks, but no thanks," but at least have the courtesy to call the applicants back and provide that answer when you have given the applicant a timeline.
