The interview process was tough but fun. I felt at ease and free to express myself. There was ample back and forth conversation which helped me feel at ease. At the end of the interview I was surprised to notice that we spoke for nearly an hour, it felt quicker than that. I enjoyed answering the interno questions because it allowed me to speak my truth. Having worked for myself for nearly fifteen years I had to make sure that I would join a company that saw value in who I am as a person. It was important to me that the company’s vision aligned with my early education teaching philosophy.
