If you don't get an offer immediately after the interview, you did not get the job. Here's how the process went for me. Applied online and was contacted a few days later to come in for an interview. At the interview, I was asked to fill out a report of the things I saw as I walked through the mall while waiting for my interview time to start. After I filled out the report, I was called in to do an interview with 2 people, a supervisor and the site manager. They asked all of the standard interview questions that everyone should be familiar with, as well as some specific security related questions that I'll list below.
