Firstly I applied online for the scheme, had to fill in usual forms ie: why did I want to work for Allianz and why this role etc.. A few weeks later I received an invitation to online tests: a numerical and a verbal one. After the tests I was invited to a telephone interview. The telephone interview lasted 20 minutes long. The format consisted of partly competency based questions before going on to some more technical questions - I did not expect this to happen in a 20 minute telephone interview
