Phone interview then 2 interviews via video call. Succeeded in the phone interview and first round. Never heard back after second round interview. Called and emailed talent agent multiple times no response. Emailed recruitment team thinking the talent agent may be on leave. Told he was not and he would come back to me shortly, never heard from him. Post interview ghosting after multiple interview rounds and major effort in my end is very disappointing
