A plum test then if you pass, you will be invited for video interviews. There are 6 questions: 5 in English and 1 in the language I was applying for. Consists of an introduction, your experience, their product, situational questions about failure and dealing with clients then about the financial market or favourite area you like. I was rejected after the video interview. I reached out to the HR and ask about the reasoning as I believe I have done very well. The HR got back to me explaining that I described the role as data analytics but it is not and suggested I read the job description before conducting the video interviews. The truth is I was trying to relate my knowledge of data analytics to the job. I guess AI wasn't very good because it only take 1 night for them to reject me (I recorded videos around midnight, got rejected by noon the next day, so 12 hours). But overall, I am impressed by the response from HR, usually, they won't provide any feedback during this stage.
