Met with recruiter and one of the claims team leaders. Generic questions then behavioural questions, good opportunity to ask my own. We did a mock phone call after the recruiter gave me some claims information then she took me of a tour of the workplace. Recruiter said she'd be in touch shortly but didn't get back to me at all. Very unprofessional.
