Two interviews. first one with the human resource team and the second one with the job manager. Introductions. Small Talk. Information Gathering. Question/Answer. Wrapping Up. The process was quite easy

The process usually evaluates both technical skills and behavioral competencies, as well as cultural fit and motivation to join Allianz.
Easygoing, the whole interview very chill and relaxing. The interviewer are open to me asking questions and explain the position that I applied for very clear and detail. The whole interview process will not be long if you able to explain your portfolio well and relate it to the role interviewed for.
