- First They forced each candidate to appear for face to face interview.
- They kept us waited for more than 3 hours without lunch breaks.
- Management told us the reason for delay is because of WebEx server down.
- Now if they want us to appear for WebEx interview then why Face to Face rounds are required????

After waiting for 3 hours one rounds was held where a senior person was just asking same question as some Consultant would ask for screening rounds, (No position related questions).
Offener Austausch mit der Fachabteilung. Es waren zwei Personen anwesend. Die potentielle Führungskraft und die Person, die die Rolle bisher ausübte. Es gab eine kurze Vorstellung von allen und dann wurden Fragen ausgetauscht.

Entrevista
Transparent and process oriented. Initial HR round followed by interviews with Hiring manager & Business Unit leader. One case study is shared and asked me to present to the manager and Hr and later final Salary negotiation round.

Entrevista
A 30-minute virtual session with the hiring manager after applying directly on the corporate careers site. The conversation was partly in order to get to know each other, partly for Allianz to explain the exact role they are trying to hire for, with a bit of time left for case study-like questions to assess my suitability for the role.
