The first stage was the application stage. Then, if successful, was invited to the video interview stage (pre-recorded). I don't know what comes next as I failed at the video interview stage.

1. Describe why Allianz and our Graduate Program appeals to you? If successful in joining Allianz, what can you bring to the team?
Straight forward online application without any assessments followed by an interview conducted by a member of human resources. They were very nice, polite and relatively brief. Overall a positive experience.

first apply online via career portal, then do online test, if succeed will get invited to video interview(recorded via website). at last the top candidates will be invited to online assessment center.

The process is relatively fast. The interviewers are quite nice and supportive. 1st, a logical assessment test 2nd, a short video interview (online) 3rd, 1 hour long face-to-face interview (London)
