The interview was alright, great company culture, with a lot of flexibility for home office and great location. The food canteen in Schwabing was also quite good. But the experience all depends on the teams and manager, some people have good experiences some are horrible. So all the best and hope you get to have a good manager and good work experience there.

2 step Interview: phone interview and the formal "in-house" interview with 8 Allianz employees. Interview went nicely and the best part of it was that I became relaxed and open to talk. It took (surprisingly) longer than expected (2 hours instead of one), but the interviewers were keen and interested to ask me specific questions about me, my experience and education as well as answer questions about their department's work.
