I met with my HR rep virtually and had a very "general conversation" where she outlined the basic job duties and responsibilities and asked if I was interested in moving forward. Upon completion of that conversation, I then met face to face with my hiring manager. At that point I was asked for an in person final panel interview with the hiring manager, a peer manager, dept Director and team lead.
