Entrevista
It was a 40 minutes no frills interview on what I thought I could bring to the team. There was a panel of two that interviewed me and the impression I had was that it was less about what you can actually do on the job (relationship management team) as this was quickly established in the first 15 minutes. Rather it was more about one would fit with the team and team mates in the different locations in EMEA.
Both behavioral and technical questions were asked. Not very hard. Interviewers are friendly. Zoom interview one on one. With hiring manager and the team. Overall it is a pretty good interview experience.
You have to complete the online interview first. Four questions and three attempts each. Good thing is you can prepare as long as you need for each question.why fit this role; client experiences; define success for yourself; failure&lesson learned
